Return Eligibility Conditions

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the original invoice date.
  • Original Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, with the price tags intact, user manuals, warranty cards, original accessories, and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
  • Invoice: The original invoice must be provided for returns.
  • Wrong Item: If you receive the wrong product, you can return the item in the same condition as it was received, in its original packaging, and with the original invoice.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log In: Navigate to the “My Account” section on SevenSystems.ae.
  2. Select Order: Choose the order you wish to return.
  3. Choose Products: Select the products and quantities to return.
  4. Submit: After submitting your return request, it will be reviewed, and you can track its status under “My Merchandise Returns.”

Returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Please note that only authorized returns will be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Notification: If the product is defective, damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please inform us through email at sales@sevensystems.ae or call us at +971-58-949-0377 within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Inspection: Our quality inspection team will verify the issue, and if it is determined to be a manufacturer defect, we will provide a replacement or refund, including shipping fees.
  • Re-shipment Charges: If we determine a discrepancy or issue with the product after delivery, we will re-ship the product, and the customer will be responsible for the courier charges.

Restocking Fee

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective merchandise if the order was placed in error or the item is returned for reasons other than defects.

Refund Process

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods or 14 working days from the cancellation date if the order has not yet been shipped.
  • Refund Method: Refunds for electronic payments (credit/debit card, etc.) will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Exemptions: No refunds will be provided for orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Products marked as “non-returnable” or “clearance sale” on the product detail page are not eligible for return.
  • Customized, bulk-packed, or refurbished products are only eligible for return if defective and must remain sealed in their original packaging.
  • Products purchased under sale or as combos cannot be returned individually.

Warranty Claims

  • Any warranty claims must be filed directly with the vendor as per the manufacturer’s terms.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for covering return freight costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item delivered.

Additional Guidelines

  • Gift Cards: eGift vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be reissued if lost or damaged. They are valid only for single transactions and subject to the terms of the respective brand.
  • Non-returnable Products: Products such as personalized furniture, home décor, personal care items, health supplements, fragrances, garments, and food items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
