Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Order Processing & Dispatch
- We strive to dispatch all online orders on the same business day if they are placed before 04:00 PM (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after this time or during weekends and national holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.
- We utilize our network of regional warehouses and aim to fulfill orders by drop-shipping from the nearest warehouse to minimize delivery time. If your order includes items located in different warehouses, we may split the order into multiple packages, at no additional shipping cost.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
- You can track your order via the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Methods
- We use various shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx for order shipments.
- You can also choose to ship orders using your own courier account.
- We reserve the right to substitute shipping carriers if we determine that an alternative carrier will provide better service for your delivery.
Shipping Fees
- FREE Ground Shipping is available for orders totaling AED 500 or more within the UAE.
- For orders below AED 500, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Certain products may be excluded from the free shipping offer. Please contact us for more details.
Delayed or Missing Shipments
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we shall not be held liable for any delays in shipments.
- If you have placed an order and have not received it, but the tracking status shows the order as delivered, please contact the carrier directly to track down your package, as we have no control over shipments once dispatched.
- If you cannot locate your order or experience issues with tracking, please contact us at sales@sevensystems.ae and we will assist you promptly.
- In case of orders declared lost or damaged, please visit the Return & Refund page for further instructions.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Once your order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be modified. However, if you wish to cancel or return a product, you may visit the Return & Refund page and follow the procedure there.
