Overview:

This Cisco® QSFP-40G-LR4-S compatible QSFP+ transceiver provides 40GBase-LR4 throughput up to 10km over single-mode fiber (SMF) at a wavelength of 1310nm using a LC connector. It is guaranteed to be 100% compatible with the equivalent Cisco® transceiver. This easy to install, hot swappable transceiver has been programmed, uniquely serialized and data-traffic and application tested to ensure that it will initialize and perform identically. Digital optical monitoring (DOM) support is also present to allow access to real-time operating parameters. All Legrand transceivers are Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant.

Featuring built-in hot-swap functionality, the Cisco QSFP transceiver module allows swift maintenance without the need to shut down mission-critical infrastructure. It has a blue finish that lets IT managers match specific color codes for easy troubleshooting. This module comes in a plug-in form factor, which facilitates fast installation. Its power consumption rating of 3.5 W helps cut down on electricity costs.
