The MikroTik RBSXTSQ2ND, commercially known as the SXTsq 2, is a compact and lightweight outdoor wireless device engineered for point-to-point links or as a CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) unit for wireless ISPs. Operating on the 2.4 GHz frequency band, it features an integrated 10 dBi antenna, providing a reliable connectivity solution in environments where the 5 GHz spectrum is congested or obstructed. Its physical design is a significant evolution over previous SXT models; the enclosure is two times thinner at just 34mm, drastically reducing wind load and allowing for discreet installation on poles or walls. Infrastructure engineers typically deploy the SXTsq 2 in campus environments, rural branch offices, or edge locations requiring cost-effective backhaul.

The hardware is powered by a 600 MHz CPU and 64 MB of RAM, running the versatile RouterOS.
