At SevenSystems.ae, our RMA team is dedicated to ensuring smooth returns for our customers. Initiating a return request is easy; simply log in to your account on our website and follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the “My Account” section.
  2. Select the order you wish to return.
  3. Choose the products and quantities you want to return within the order details.
  4. Once submitted, your return request will be reviewed, and you can track its status in “My Merchandise Returns”.

    Please be aware that we only accept returned shipments with prior authorization, as indicated in the Merchandise Returns section.

    We stand by our commitment to offer FREE replacements for all new/refurbished equipment in the event of any product defects.

    RESTOCKING FEE:
    A 25% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective current merchandise for orders placed in error.

Conditions for Returns:

 

  1. Merchandise must be in unused and original packaging.
  2. Returns of bulk-packed and refurbished products are deemed saleable only if the sealing tape and original packaging remain intact.
  3. Discontinued products are ineligible for returns unless defective, and subject to approval.
  4. Close-out or sale products are non-returnable unless defective.
  5. Custom printed labelled tapes are non-returnable unless defective.
  6. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  7. Customers are responsible for covering all return freight costs.
